Everyone here at Triangle IT’s establishment share the same “goal” of being able to provide real, tangible help to our customers whether the issue is at home or in the office. With over 10 years experience working for different businesses having a variation of issues and end users, from small teams to large call centers, we have dealt with numerous problems that occur in day to day usage of current and old technology.  Finding the problem, explaining the problem, and resolving the problem while providing excellent customer service has been our life’s mission and we aim for this greatness in each of our personal lives in order to come together under the umbrella of Triangle IT to provide outstanding service to the community and surrounding areas.

There have been ups and downs during Triangle IT’s journey; everyone has experienced a great deal of personal growth. There is a high level of commitment needed to start any business, and Triangle IT has been no different. We have maintained our focus and direction by completely resolving issues that arise, while following created business philosophies shared by other successful business owners and advisers

In our current role – we do the following:

• Provide IT Support to employees “globally” via remote support through and utilization of a ticketing system
• We assist with onboarding new hires here in the US, including hardware deployment, equipment setup, including remotely installing SaaS 
• Handle US logistics to ship equipment to customers across the country ensuring people have the tools they need to do their job or return equipment at end of assignment.
• Provide support for some of the main software platforms, (ex. Gmail, MS, Sharepoint, Teams, and Zoom)
• Support knowledge for macOS, ChromeOS, and Windows
